Those who have supported us

This is our first attempt at crowdfunding, but we are committed to creating a quality facility.

Heda the declining birthrate and aging population causing tourism to decline and the population to keep shrinking HedaNishi-IzuHeda, there are still several wonderful tourist attractions, beautiful scenery, and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious seafood dishes.

If people could just recognize Heda potential, I believe it could become a bustling tourist town. I truly believe that as more attractive tourist attractions and spots emerge, it will become a place where even more people will want to stop by.

And as work increases, we'll need more workers. If more people come to work, perhaps more people will move here too. That's what I hope for.

I launched this project to contribute in any way I can to promoting tourism and revitalizing the Heda region.

Just a place to stay is boring

Heda doesn't have any large hotels, but it has plenty of ryokan inns, private lodgings, and guesthouses.

Unfortunately, many guesthouses have already closed down, so I hope to revitalize such guesthouses and vacant houses to increase the number of places I'd like to stay at.

Driven by that desire, I decided to take advantage of the location—which also features a roadside station hot spring right next door—and convert the vacant storefront on the first floor of my newly purchased home into lodging through extensive renovation.

After all, if we're going to build it, just a plain facility would be boring!

When I thought about what I wanted to create, I realized that despite so many people bringing their pets, there were hardly any places to stay. I figured managing it would be tough, but I decided to create a pet-friendly lodging facility.

And we want to create a facility that local residents and people from nearby areas can also use! We want to build a private barbecue area for enjoyment, a private sauna for enjoyment, and guest rooms equipped with private karaoke for enjoyment!

So, the plan kicked off with the goal of incorporating everything we wanted to do.

This is what prompted us to start this project.

"I want to create a pet-friendly inn where you can stay with your beloved dog, an inn where you can enjoy BBQ, an inn with a sauna, and a facility offering time-based day-use options."

I poured all those feelings into it.

Profile

Real Estate in Real Estate Prefecture, I worked Real Estate for about ten years before transitioning to the IT industry, a completely different field. After various changes, I now work as a consultant at a major foreign-affiliated IT company.

I wanted to live somewhere with a view of Mount Fuji, live near the ocean, and start a new business. While searching for properties with these dreams in mind, I found a place Heda —a place I'd visited several times on trips—that really Heda with me. That's when I decided to move here.

It's been about a year and a half since Nishi-IzuHeda, and I've been living there while teleworking, commuting to Tokyo about once a week.

Now that I've settled in my new home, I've made many wonderful friends and am enjoying every day.
